NEWSLETTER #73

Greetings from the Windy City. No, not Chicago, but our very own wind-blown Richmond. As I'm sure all of you have been losing sleep, wondering if Wonderground had broken up, spent time in jail, or joined a cult, this message is to assure you that, despite all of the above being true, we're feeling much better now. We've convinced Paul that he's not pregnant, just a little bloated, so we're back on the scene, and ready to ROCK! (Boy, doesn't that sound cheesy?...must have been watching "I love the 80's" too much!)

So, assuming that you're tied down (or up) so that you won't blow away like Dust in the Wind (song reference), then prepare yourself for a journey down Electric Avenue (another reference) to everyone's favorite venue, SinE Irish Pub! Why? Because Bill said so!

That's right, the Wonderground Wild Boys (notice a theme?) are Back in Town, and playing tomorrow night, Downtown, starting at 9:00. It's free, the beer's cold, and it won't be so damn windy. I promise. So, Let's Dance, do the Locomotion, Wang Chung tonight, or whatever the kids call it these days. Hell, even Mararena if you so Desire. For those who are concerned for their health, you can Safety Dance, if you want to. Maybe if you're lucky, Jamey will be Too Sexy for his shirt. Hey, you gotta have Faith, right?

So, in a nutshell, the Boys of Summer from Wonderground will be Jammin at SinE on Friday, Nov. 14th, starting around 9. And, if you listen very closely, you can hear the answer, Blowin in the Wind.
